Chapter 5.16 THEATERS
Section 5.16.070 Right to inspect.
A. The fire department of the city of Aberdeen shall
have the right to make such
inspections of theaters, moving picture shows and other places of public entertainment
as the chief of the fire department of the city of Aberdeen shall deem proper for the
purpose of enforcing the provisions of this chapter and all other ordinances of the city of
Aberdeen for the protection of the public against fire therein.
B. Under the supervision of the chief of the fire department,
such chief and
members of the fire department of the city of Aberdeen shall have the right to enter all
theaters, moving picture shows and places of entertainment, within the city of Aberdeen,
to make such inspections thereof as may be deemed proper to enforce the provisions of
this chapter and other ordinances of the city of Aberdeen for the protection of the public
