Section 5.36.010 Purpose of chapter.

This chapter shall be deemed an exercise of the police power of the state of Washington and of the city of Aberdeen, for the protection of the public economic and social welfare, health, peace and morals, and all its provisions shall be liberally construed for the accomplishment of that purpose.
