Section 5.36.090 Violations--Penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions of the Sections 5.36.040 to 5.36.080 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), or by imprisonment in the city jail for a period of not more than thirty (30) days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
